Had one detector alarm for lel and wouldn’t go out for a couple hours trying to reset. Other alarm’s were not going off. Contacted customer service and wow what great service and support. Just received the replacement today. A+ customer service!

I had recently purchased a 3 pack of the detectors which were working perfectly. One of the 3 started to alarm for natural gas and it was a detector in an upstairs bedroom, while the detectors on the first floor and basement near the furnace did not alarm. I contacted the support team and literally with in 3-4 minutes received a response from the team. After I forwarded the requested video of the detector alarming it was determined the detector was most likely defective. I was then again in a matter of 3 minutes offered either a refund or a replacement detector. I chose to receive a replacement detector to maintain my protection. This is most definitely the absolutely fastest customer service I have ever received from any company and they most definitely stand behind their product!!!

I'm really impressed with this 4-in-1 gas and carbon monoxide detector. It's easy to use just plug it in and the digital display is bright and simple to read. I like that it shows temperature and humidity as well, which is a nice extra feature. The alerts are loud enough to hear from another room, and the device feels reliable overall.
